Aluminium Castings from Fabricast

Aluminium

Aluminium alloy castings are standardised into two groups; general engineering and aerospace alloys: BS1490 General Engineering (grades LM4, LM6 and LM25) and Aerospace alloys. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Aluminium Bronze Castings from Fabricast

Aluminium Bronze

Copper-aluminium alloys where aluminium is the major alloying element. This range of combines high strength and high resistance to corrosion; depending largely on a thin film of aluminium. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Brass Castings from Fabricast

Brass

High tensile brasses - HTB1 and HTB3 are more highly alloyed and have greater mechanical properties. HTB1 has good corrosion resistance for marine and general engineering. HTB3 is amongst the hardest of the copper alloys. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Ferrous Castings from Fabricast

Ferrous

Ferrous castings' primary ingredient is iron, alloyed with other metals to achieve specific technical properties. We offer a flexible, positive approach to supply castings for specific requirements. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Gunmetal Castings from Fabricast

Gunmetal

Gunmetals are most widely used for combining good corrosion resistance with moderate strength and good castability. Applications include pumps, valves and fittings where pressure tightness is the main criteria. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Leaded Bronze Castings from Fabricast

Leaded Bronze

Applications range from architectural decoration to highly stressed marine components with a high degree of corrosion resistance - propellers and valves - where water speeds are high. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Phosphur Bronze Castings from Fabricast

Phosphur Bronze

For bearings, where both load and running speeds are high and for other wear-resist parts such as gears and wormwheels. Chill, centrifugally or continuous cast to suit specific applications. Contact us with your requirement

Spun Cast from Fabricast

Spun Cast

Spun Cast and proof machined available to customer specification. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

White Metal Castings from Fabricast

White Metal

Generally used as a lining material and cast onto steel or bronze, enabling the primary material to be used consistently, with wear and tear managed by renewal of the white metal lining. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Zinc Castings from Fabricast

Zinc

Fabricast manufactures a range of Zinc alloy anodes for the shipping and marine industry. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Machining, Precision Turning & Finishing from Fabricast

Machining, Precision Turning & Finishing

Comprehensive ISO 9001:2015 accredited in-house machining and finishing services by our highly-skilled engineers. Contact the Fabricast Support Team

Pattern Production from Fabricast

Pattern Production

Manufacture and storage of general wood pattern equipment. All to customer drawing specifications, free issue patterns or sample castings, relevant to CO2 and greensand moulding techniques. Contact the Fabricast Support Team
